This technique was developed while working with my dyslexic students.
Many of the students had poor handwriting skills (dysgraphia), speech difficulties (stuttering), and poor balance.
As I worked with these students I observed almost everyone had very poor posture. ( Leaning to the right or left).
Dyslexic people have average to above average IQ's and think much faster than the non-dyslexic person.
Because of this their brain produces more dopamine which causes hyperactivity.
In my opinion, When a person is hyperactive and they are out of balance or off center; we must center them to fix the problem.
